Planning and Monitoring Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic, goal-oriented & self-motivated candidate to fill the following vacancy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Expert knowledge of construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Good communication, reporting, analytical, and presentation skills

Experience

• 3-5 years of proven work experience in the construction industry in a similar capacity

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of a master program for the projects to arrive at the budgeted cost of overheads
• Prepare the mitral cash flows for the projects
• Monitoring the site progress and preparing the delays and reporting to the management
• Preparation, and submission of technical specifications and necessary supporting documents
• Preparation of method statements for construction activities as and when requested
• Monitoring the QA/QC Plan and ensuring Imperials and equipment are in compliance with the plans and specifications at sites
• Preparation of Baseline schedules for the newly awarded projects by loading the resources and cost to the program
