Marketing Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing) and maintain open communication with senior management
- Develop and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos social media posts on various social media platforms)
- Direct social media team to engage audiences across traditional and new media
- Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry
- Coordinate all public relations activities
- Create content for press releases, byline articles, and keynote presentations
- Monitor, analyze, and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis
- Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising on an ongoing basis
- Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
- Prepare administrative procedures and policies
- Perform administrative duties such as requested by the management
- Assist with preparation of employee handbook, policies, and internal memos Skills and experience
- 5 + experience in equivalent position
- Good Communication, Good Interpersonal Skills, Aggressive in follow-up, Strong negotiation skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Qualifications
- BA/MA degree in Marketing Advertising; Communications or a related discipline
