Senior Executive / Executive – Digital Marketing

The Role: 

• Advertising campaign optimizations (Facebook/ Instagram)
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook / Instagram / LinkedIn / Twitter / YouTube / Google My Business). 
• Be actively involved in Google advertising and SEO
• Scheduling email campaigns and SMS campaigns
• Optimizing and maintaining the chatbot platform
• Providing creative ideas for content marketing and preparing promotional presentations 
• Collaborate with designers
• Attending to customer inquiries
• Conducting market research and analyzing marketing surveys
• Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools and acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
• 1-3-years’ experience in Digital Marketing/Social Media Marketing 
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategy and concepts 
• In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords
• Excellent writing and verbal communication in English and Sinhala. Tamil would be an added 
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge of CRM tools and online analytics
• Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
