Sales Representative

Monik Water (Pvt) Ltd is a fully owned Sri Lankan Company which is newly established to produce purified drinking water with the Brand name “Ran Pan’) in the water industry both Domestically and in Corporate Sector. We are located at Badulla, have island-wide distribution, and seek enthusiastic and dynamic
individual for the post of Sales Representative to add strength to our Sales Team

Responsibilities

• Establish/develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers
• Achieving distributor targets and driving your team to achieve the given targets
• Manage complex negotiations with Senior Management
• Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
• Identify new business opportunities Problem-solving capability
• Meet daily and exceed monthly Sales Targets given by the Company
• Ability to maintain and prepare weekly and monthly Sales Reports

Requirements

• Passed GCE(A/L)
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity would be an added advantage
• Full or part qualification in SLIM would be an added advantage
• Excellent communications/presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala Languages. Tamil language would be an added advantage
• Age between 30-40 years
• Valid Driving License
