Management Trainee (Production – Engineering)

What we’re looking for
- Plan, monitor, and coordinate daily production activities on the production.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, downtime causes, and inefficiencies.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and production schedules.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to resolve operational issues.
- Prepare accurate production and performance reports for management.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage during production.
- Support training and guidance of production operators.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives on the plant floor.
Requirements
- Higher national diploma in manufacturing management, or a related engineering discipline or NDT (National diploma in technology).
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability under production pressure.
- Clear, confident communication skills — written and verbal.
- Basic computer literacy, especially MS Office applications.
- Ability to work responsibly, accurately, and efficiently in a regulated manufacturing environment.
