Surveyor / assistant surveyor – road project (Yatiyanthota)

Candidate profile

• Degree/diploma/HND or equivalent in land surveying/civil engineering surveying, with 2–3 years’ experience in road/infrastructure projects
• Proficient in total station, auto level, GPS/GNSS, and surveying techniques including setting out, leveling, alignment, and drainage works
• Ability to read engineering drawings, use AutoCAD/surveying software, and prepare survey records and as-built data

Draughtsman – road project (Yatiyanthota)

Candidate profile

• NCED or equivalent qualification in draughtsmanship, civil engineering, or a related field, with 2–3 years’ experience in road construction drafting
• Proficient in AutoCAD and relevant drafting software, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings, survey data, and site measurements
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to coordinate with engineers, surveyors, QS teams, and site staff to prepare accurate construction and as-built drawings

Quantity surveyor – (road project – Yatiyanthota) & (head office – Kohuwala)

Candidate profile

• BSc/NDT/HND/NCT in quantity surveying
• Manage project billing, interim valuations, variations, claims, EOTs, and subcontractor payments
• Monitor project costs, budgets, quantities, and identify potential cost overruns
• Handle contractual correspondence and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, head office, and site teams
• Prepare commercial/cost reports; road construction and water supply experience is an added advantage
