Duties & responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site operations.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor quality, safety, and project progress.
• Coordinate subcontractors and working teams.
• Prepare site reports and maintain project documentation.

Qualifications and skills

• Degree or diploma in civil engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Mandatory experience in high-rise apartment projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural, architectural, and finishing works.
• Ability to coordinate with subcontractors, and site teams.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
