Finance Associate – Female

The primary responsibility of this role is to contact individuals and businesses with outstanding debts, negotiate payment plans, and facilitate the collection of overdue payments.

Responsibilities

• Contact individuals or businesses with delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment plans and terms to facilitate debt repayment.
• Maintain accurate records of all communication and payment commitments.
• Communicate with debtors via telephone, email, and written correspondence professionally & assertively.
• Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and strategize the most effective recovery methods.
• Update account status and database regularly.
• Collaborate with the team if escalation or legal actions are necessary.

Preferred qualifications & skills

• Completed G.C.E. Advanced Level in Commerce stream.
• Minimum 1 year or above experience in a Finance field.
• Part qualified in AAT or any other professional accountancy qualifications.
• Competent in using Microsoft Office package specially MS Excel.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Age between 20 – 35 years.
• Close range to travel to the working site at Homagama.
