Production Manager

A commitment is needed for our growing industry! We are looking for a production director who can systematically consider the industry, has modern skills, and can work stably, and should be able to face team-level challenges.

Responsibilities

What is constantly expected and what is expected from us:

• Planning, coordinating, and supervising production.
• Assisting in improving product sales, product quality, food safety, and efficiency.
• Supervising and managing production staff to ensure a smooth working environment.
• Monitoring production processes and making changes as needed.
• Monitoring basic machinery and electrical equipment.
• Following quality control and quality assurance standards to minimize production losses.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, hygienic, and well-organized production environment.
• Ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, FSSC, and relevant workplace safety requirements.
• Maintaining production reports, records, and basic production schedules.

Requirements

• A university degree or diploma in food technology, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a director position in the food production industry.
• Good knowledge of management and technical aspects within the industry.
• Good knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and FSSC systems.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills for reporting, data analysis, and production scheduling.
• Ability to monitor basic machinery and electrical equipment.
• Understanding of proper PPE usage and health and safety regulations.
• Ability to take responsibility, work independently, and work as part of a team.
• Possession of a valid driving license is an advantage.
