Junior production executive
Role profile
- Responsible for daily production activities to ensure smooth operation, man power sufficient and achieved good quality output.
- Provide training for workers to meet the production goals and quality requirement.
- Investigate problem or identify potential problem, determine the root cause, provide corrective actions and prevention plans.
- Ensure strict worker compliance with health, safety, and equipment protocols.
- Recommend SOP and equipment enhancements to maximize efficiency and cut costs.
Personal profile
- NVQ level 4 in manufacturing, mechanical technology, production operations, or an equivalent courses.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar capacity in a FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of industrial machinery, manufacturing lines, and process controls.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage a production floor.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill.
- Ability to confidently supervise and direct factory floor operators.
Senior production executive
Role profile
- Estimate raw material requirements, manage shift rosters, and balance line workloads to prevent operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain shift logs and production records to ensure audit readiness.
- Direct daily manufacturing activities for smooth operations.
- Train workers to achieve production targets and quality standards.
- Enforce adherence to occupational health and safety regulations, safe work practices, and proper equipment handling.
Personal profile
- NVQ level 5 in manufacturing, mechanical technology, production operations, or an equivalent courses.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar capacity in a FMCG industry.
- Advanced understanding of industrial automation, continuous processing lines, production planning tools, and machinery troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill.
- Lead and mentor factory operators, making fast, effective decisions under high-pressure conditions.
