Compliance Officer

About the company

ACS Capital, a leading securities brokering firm, is looking at strengthening its team and looking for a dynamic, result oriented individual to join the team as compliance officer.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka (SEC), Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) and the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.
• Review and maintain a sound risk management framework.

Requirements

• A degree in business administration/finance/accounting/law or an equivalent professional qualification in finance/accountancy/law.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Prior experience in the stock broking industry will have an added advantage.
