Telemarketing Agent

Identify customer needs and provide relevant information based on their requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales leads, appointments, inquiries and customer visits through outbound calls.
• Follow up with customers who have previously shown interest in products or services.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update the status of each lead in the relevant system.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly call and sales targets.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good telephone etiquette and a pleasant personality.
• Previous experience in insurance companies, show room sales will be added advantage.
