About the company

We are a boutique hotel located in Ella. Seeking for the dynamic well experienced candidate to fill up following vacancies.

Administration

• Hotel manager (more than 10 years of experiences in the same position)
• Hotel operation manager (more than 10 years of experiences in the same position)

Food & beverage

• F&B supervisor (age 35 – 45 & more than 05, years of experiences in the same position)
• Barman (3 – 5, years of experiences)
• Waiter (2 – 3, years of experiences)

Front & back office

• Reservation executive (more than 3, years of experiences in the same position)
• Front office supervisor (more than 3, years of experiences in the same position)
• G.R.O (more than 3, years of experiences in the same position & fluent in English)
• Receptionist (more than 2, years of experiences in the same position)
• Trainee receptionist

Requirements

• Ability to work with a young dynamic team.
• Selects choice ingredients that will give dishes the best flavor.
• Experiments to come up with new specialties that will draw diners into the restaurant.
