Officer – Examinations
Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka (CIPM), the leader in HRM and professional HR education in Sri Lanka, invites applications from qualified, motivated, and service-oriented individuals for the position of Officer – Examinations (Programmes & Learner Services).
Key responsibilities
- Manage assessment calendars, liaison with examiners on assessments and examinations.
- Manage student inquiries, complaints and requests, ensuring timely professional responses.
- Receive and track requests for resitting of examinations, resubmissions, recorrections, etc.
- Maintain accurate examination records, student data, tracking documentation, coordinate with the examinations team, processing of learner requests etc.
- Timely communication of assessment-related information.
- Comply with CIPM examination procedures, quality standards, academic integrity and confidentiality of work.
- Support continuous improvement and undertake examination and learner-service duties.
Candidate profile
- A degree, diploma or relevant professional qualification from a recognized university/institution.
- A qualification in education. Previous experience in examinations, academic administration, professional education or learner services would be an advantage.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office, databases and LMS platforms.
- Excellent command of English and Sinhala; proficiency in Tamil would be an added advantage.
- Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, accountability and learner orientation.
