We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join our team. Our well-established restaurant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and oversee the preparation of high-quality dishes while maintaining excellent food standards and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the kitchen team.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Manage food costs, stock, and minimize wastage.
• Ensure kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience.
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and during busy service periods.
• Good command of spoken English and communication skills.
