Assistant manager | manager – credit evaluation

Key responsibilities
- Assess complex credit facilities and exercise delegated credit authority.
- Conduct financial assessments, client visits, and monitor portfolio performance for emerging risks.
- Prepare comprehensive credit proposals, MIS reports, and board/committee papers.
- Partner with Business Units to ensure quality lending while maintaining strict credit standards.
- Mentor junior team members and leverage AI and digital tools to improve credit evaluation processes.
What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- 7+ years in Credit Evaluation or Risk Management; experience with complex credit and delegated authority is a strong plus.
- Deep knowledge of financial analysis, cash flow assessment, and credit facility structuring.
- Strong analytical, leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Skilled in MIS, data analysis, Microsoft Office, and using AI/digital tools for reporting and productivity.
