Executive – Finance & Strategy (Anuradhapura & Galle)
About the company
American Premium Water, Sri Lanka’s pioneering bottled water company and an FMCG market leader with over 1,200 employees and a growing presence across Logistics & Supply Chain, Construction, and Polymer Packaging, is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Executive – Finance & Strategy to support and oversee finance operations at our designated depot. The role will involve managing day-to-day financial activities, including invoicing, receipts, banking, petty cash, financial data management, and management reporting, while ensuring smooth and efficient depot operations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and manage designated finance-related tasks at the assigned depot.
- Handle monthly invoicing and ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Manage receipts, banking activities, and related documentation.
- Enter, verify, and maintain accurate financial data in accounting systems.
- Prepare accurate and timely management reports.
- Ensure finance records and transactions are maintained accurately and systematically.
- Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification and part qualification or currently following CA / AAT / ACCA / CIMA will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- 2-5 years of same field experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
