Shop Manager

A new and exciting bubble tea shop is looking for an experienced and responsible shop manager to take charge of the day-to-day operations of the outlet.

We are looking for someone who can take full responsibility for the outlet and help us build a successful bubble tea brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete daily operation of the shop
• Supervise, train and manage staff
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Manage stock, purchasing and inventory
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Handle cash, daily sales and basic accounts
• Monitor staff attendance and work schedules
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all beverages
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues
• Assist with promotions and sales activities
• Ensure the shop operates efficiently and profitably

Requirements

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, beverage outlet or similar business
• Experience managing staff is an advantage
• Good communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Honest, reliable and well-organised
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
