Oracle Fusion BI

Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced senior Oracle Fusion / BI consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Fusion applications (primarily financials, SCM, or HCM) and strong hands-on experience with BI tools including OTBI, BI publisher, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). The candidate will be responsible for developing reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions, and working closely with business users and functional teams to deliver high-quality insights and data-driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and provide reporting and data visualization solutions using Oracle BI tools.
• Design and develop OTBI, BI publisher, OAC reports and dashboards, Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
• Customize and configure Oracle Fusion reports across financials, HCM, or SCM modules.
• Work closely with functional consultants and end users to gather requirements and troubleshoot reporting issues.
• Optimize performance of BI reports and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to report specifications, data models, and dashboards.
• Support data migration, integration, and transformation activities using Oracle technologies.
• Provide training and support to business users on reporting tools and solutions.
• Participate in upgrades, patching, and implementation projects involving Oracle Cloud applications and BI tools.

Required skills & qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion applications and BI tools.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle BI publisher, OTBI, OAC, FDI and SQL.
• Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion data models (financials, SCM, or HCM).
• Proficiency in developing custom reports, data models, and bursting reports.
• Good understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, security, and role-based access.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work mode: Remote| biannual 2-week travel to India (travel covered by the organization)

Shift timing: 5:00pm IST t0 2:30am IST
