Key responsibilities

• Lead cost management and contract administration for major projects
• Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and financial forecasting
• Review and validate quantity take-offs and junior QS outputs
• Manage tender preparation, bid evaluation, and supplier negotiations
• Administer contracts and ensure compliance with project requirements
• Assess completed works and certify progress payments
• Prepare detailed cost, financial, and progress reports for management
• Identify risks and implement cost-control and cost-saving strategies
