What you’ll work on

• Next gen product thinking & innovation: Design and implement modern, user-focused solutions to improve business processes.
• Digital transformation & process improvement: Identify opportunities and deliver practical digital solutions.
• Business analysis & solution design: Translate business needs into clear, scalable solutions.
• Data & reporting solutions: Develop dashboards and reports for better decision making.
• Microsoft product solutions: Develop business applications and automation using Microsoft platform (Microsoft 365, Power BI, etc.).
• Cloud infrastructure & modern IT solutions: Work with cloud platforms to build and deploy scalable solutions.
• Project delivery & stakeholder management: Deliver projects with measurable business value.
• User training & change management: Support user adoption and continuous improvement.

Who we’re looking for

• A degree in engineering, information technology, computer science or a related experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in digital transformation, business applications, ERP, business analysis, software development/delivery, automation, data solutions, or related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of databases, SQL and system integrations.
• Understanding of SDLC, testing and UAT.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for next generation product thinking and applying new technologies to real business challenges.
