Dreamron Group Of companies is in the business of manufacturing and marketing a wide range of quality Professional Cosmetics, Hair Care, and Skin Care Toiletries products and making inroads into the Perfume market to extend its product portfolio for more aggressive growth. Its 120,000 sqft manufacturing facility and office complex are located on a 1 0 acre land with two plants certified by GMR ISO 9001-2015 – one plant is dedicated to exports With BOI approval and another for local brand manufacturing and 3rd party contract manufacturing. The group has 4 business entities namely; Kindai Kagaku Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, Harumi Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. Dreamron Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, and Dreamron College of Art and Beauty, The group employs over 650 people. Currently, Dreamron products are marketed in over 20 countries and the group is specialized in manufacturing OEM brands and Private labels for several leading global cosmetic and toiletries brands. Damron has a very dominant market position in the local professional Cosmetic market with a wide range of solutions.
Who We Want
- 10 years or more experience in Sales and Distribution
- Over 03 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager
- Good command of English knowledge
- Familiarity with FMCG sales environment with a proven track record of performance
- Full or part professional qualifications in Sales and Marketing from a recognized institute will be an added advantage
