Associate Inside Sales Consultant

The Roles

Answer inbound sales calls and be a crucial part of the customer onboarding process.

• Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of services.
• Upselling products and services.
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a sales/telesales role
• Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and Microsoft office suite
• Prior experience working in an inbound sales role/ call center would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
