Manager Plantation
Job Profile
We are looking for an individual with below qualifications and experience in the plantation sector to take on the responsibility of managing the largest Oil Palm estate under our purview in the southern region.
The candidate will take overall responsibility For the agronomy aspect Of the estate while managing the day-to-day operations and he/she should be able to take charge of oil palm. rubber, tea, and mixed crop plantatiOns-The candidate
would be expected to take responsibility for the bond between the estate and villages, as well as the overall development of the estate including extensions, replanting, and organizing crop transportation to the factory. He/she should take
lead on ensuring the upkeep of estate infrastructure while maintaining budgets.
Skills and Experience
• More than 8 years. experience in the plantation
• sin agriculture or equivalent qualification
• Exposure to multi crops such as oil palm. tea. rubber. and other short rotation crops
• Should be organized. pragmatic and proactive result-oriented person
• Ability to work independently
• Possess strong communication and social skills (all languages preferred)
