Farm Manager

We are looking for a suitable candidate to manage our farm located in Saliyapura Anuradhapura for immediate recruitment.

Job Profile

• Managing paddy track, coconut & mixed plantation for higher productivity
• Work planning, deployment & managing farm workers for higher efficiency
• Oversee the maintenance of farm types of machinery
• Compile and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports

The candidate should be a Diploma holder in Agriculture with over 2 years of hands-on experience in a farm environment and able to work using basic computer packages such as Word, and Excel.

Those who have exposure to seed paddy processing and vegetable farming in dry zone areas will have added advantage.

The selected candidate must reside on the Farm and will be given an attractive package plus production-based incentives.
