Executive – Counselling & Enrollments

Lyceum Campus is looking for a passionate and motivated individual to guide prospective students through their higher education journey. The role involves counselling students, providing accurate programme information, supporting the admissions process, and assisting applicants from enquiry to successful enrolment.

Key responsibilities

1. Counsel prospective students and parents.
2. Guide students through admissions and enrolment.
3. Follow up on inquiries and convert leads.
4. Coordinate with faculties and internal teams.
5. Achieve enrolment targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, education, marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in student counselling, admissions, sales, or customer engagement.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
