NiiX Holdings Pvt Ltd, at 203A, High Level Road, Colombo 06 is a leading importer of pharmaceuticals from the UK and Germany. We are one of the major suppliers of injectable products to both private and government health care sectors in Sri Lanka. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated regulatory officer to join our team and support our product registration efforts with the National Medicines Regulatory Authority (NMRA).

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related field
2. Registered pharmacist (SLMC) with regulatory experience in pharmaceuticals will be an added advantage.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant software applications.
4. Strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare and submit documentation for product approvals, renewals, and amendments.
2. Act as the primary point of contact with regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
3. Closely work with NMRA for product registrations.
4. Monitor regulatory updates and ensure product compliance with Sri Lankan standards.
5. Time and project management skills, including the ability to efficiently multitask when necessary.
