Junior Fund-Raising Executive – Telecaller
Responsibilities
- Plan and carry out tele-calling activities in accordance with agreed targets, whilst developing a strong relationship with the potential donors.
Requirements
- Possess G.C.E advanced level qualification.
- Good communication skills in English, Sinhala, or Tamil, both written and spoken. Tamil-speaking applicants are preferred.
- Self-driven, results oriented individuals with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in call center/customer care will be an added advantage but not necessary.
- Preference will be given to candidates who live in close proximity to Kesbewa/Piliyandala.
