Key responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve company objectives.
2. Lead marketing and sales team and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, email, and other online platforms.
3. Drive online sales growth through innovative e-commerce marketing strategies.
4. Manage the company’s brand image and ensure consistent brand communication.
5. Analyze market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
6. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
7. Collaborate with operations, customer service, and product teams to enhance the customer experience.
8. Monitor campaign performance using analytics and prepare regular management reports.
9. Build strategic partnerships to expand the company’s market reach.

Candidate profile

1. Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in marketing, business administration, digital marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing and sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
3. Proven experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.
4. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and online advertising.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
