Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing

Kiddies & Toys International (Pvt) Ltd is a fast-growing company in the mother & baby care and toy industry, representing international brands such as Farlin, Lego, Mattel, and Faber-Castell, while also managing our own trusted in-house brands—Kids Joy, PLEX, and LeEd. We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a results-driven Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing to lead performance marketing initiatives and strengthen our online growth.

Key responsibilities

  1. Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms
  2. Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI and conversions
  3. Analyze campaign performance and optimize CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
  4. Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and online sales
  5. Coordinate with the ecommerce team to drive revenue through digital campaigns and promotions
  6. Manage content planning and social media growth strategies
  7. Identify, reach out to, and manage influencer collaborations to increase brand visibility and engagement
  8. Build and maintain relationships with content creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors
  9. Monitor and evaluate influencer campaign performance and ROI
  10. Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports with actionable insights
  11. Work closely with designers and content creators to develop high-performing ad creatives
  12. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, algorithms, and performance marketing trends

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business Management
  2. 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with strong exposure to performance marketing
  3. Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency is required
  4. Strong hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, and paid social campaigns
  5. Experience in influencer marketing and campaign management
  6. Proven track record in campaign optimization, lead generation, and ecommerce growth
  7. Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics and campaign reporting tools
  8. Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and team coordination skills
