SEO specialist – marketing

We’re looking for an SEO specialist who doesn’t just think about rankings, but about discoverability in its broadest sense. That means traditional SEO, Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).

What you’ll be doing

Search engine optimisation (SEO)

  1. Own full technical SEO across our brand website portfolio
  2. Conduct keyword research and produce content briefs for the junior content creator
  3. Manage on-page optimisation, internal linking, and site architecture across all brands
  4. Monitor and improve core web vitals, crawlability, indexation, and page load speed
  5. Execute link building and domain authority strategies tailored to B2B tech and SaaS verticals
  6. Resolve website bug fixes, indexes, load speed, and domain authority issues across all sites
  7. Deliver monthly SEO performance reports to the head of marketing

Answer engine optimisation (AEO)

  1. Structure content to appear in Google featured snippets and people also ask results
  2. Implement and maintain schema markup and structured data across all brand websites
  3. Optimise existing blog and service content for question-based and voice search intent.

Generative engine optimisation (GEO)

  1. Monitor and grow our brand citations across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI overviews
  2. Develop content strategies that improve how AI tools represent and reference our brands
  3. Stay ahead of the GEO landscape and bring new approaches to the team proactively

Google ads (keywords campaign)

  1. Assist the head of marketing with Google ads keyword strategy and quality score optimisation
  2. Support campaign setup and performance monitoring across search and performance max campaigns

What we’re looking for

  1. 3+ years SEO experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology
  2. Proven track record of organic traffic growth and keyword ranking improvements
  3. Hands-on with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, and GA4
  4. Strong analytical mindset – data to action
  5. AEO knowledge – schema, featured snippets, structured content
  6. Experience marketing cloud, AI, or enterprise technology products
  7. Good writing instincts – you can produce or guide SEO-optimised content when needed
