Project manager (remote)

Seeking a proactive project manager to oversee building remediation projects remotely, supporting site teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

1. Coordinate building remediation projects from start to finish, supporting site PMs.
2. Oversee planning, procurement, scheduling, and progress tracking.
3. Work with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
4. Prepare reports on progress, risks, budgets, and KPIs.
5. Support site PMs with inspections, documentation, and issue resolution.
6. Ensure compliance with regulations, contracts, and best practices.
7. Maintain strong relationships with owners’ corporations, committees, and partners.

Requirements

1. 1 – 3 years construction/project management experience
2. Degree in construction, engineering, or related field
3. Skilled in managing multiple projects under pressure
4. Knowledge of remediation, regs, and compliance
5. Strong communication and reporting skills
6. Organized, proactive, and solutions-focused
7. Independent worker, effective team collaborator
