Montessori & Primary Section

Trainee Teachers/ Class Teachers

1. Currently following a teaching/early childhood diploma or degree.
2. Good English communication skills.
3. Previous experience will be an added advantage.
4. School leavers are also encouraged.

Special Education Teacher (Assistant)

1. Following a qualification in special education or inclusive education.
2. Previous experience supporting students with diverse learning needs.
3. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
4. Patient, caring and committed to inclusive education.
5. Ability to assist with classroom learning and student support.

Secondary Section

Discipline Master

1. Previous experience in Sri Lanka military services or related field.
2. Good English communication skills.
3. Strong leadership skills.

School Counsellor

1. Recognized degree in psychology or counselling.
2. Previous experience as a school counsellor or in a similar role.
3. Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Passion for student wellbeing and mental health.
5. Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining confidentiality.
