Your role

We are looking for Digital Marketing & Client Coordinator – a dynamic, energetic, and results-driven individual – to lead student and candidate recruitment from the ground up.

1. Attract students and employment seekers via social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, YouTube)
2. Manage the front desk and phone inquiries with professionalism and warmth
3. Organize and execute recruitment events, info sessions, and campaigns
4. Respond quickly to queries and maintain strong follow-ups
5. Create graphics, videos, or promotional content for social media
6. Present programs clearly and persuasively to students, parents, and candidates

3. Deep knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing

5. Good phone manners and front desk skills

9. Graphic design and content creation skills
10. Audio & video production/editing ability
11. Event organizing and coordination experience
