Business Development Manager

Requirements

1. Degree, postgraduate, MSc, or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a fast-paced environment. (Previous experience in the higher education sector or at a foreign university will be an added advantage).
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven leadership and ability to manage staff.
6. Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
7. Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to foster a collaborative environment.
9. Good delegation and time-management skills.
