Head of Marketing

Are you a strategic marketing leader with a passion for driving brand growth and business success? We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented ‘Head of Marketing’ to lead our marketing function and develop innovative strategies that strengthen our market presence.

Key responsibilities

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
3. Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
4. Strengthen brand awareness and maintain a consistent corporate image.
5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
6. Manage advertising, promotions, events, and public relations activities.
7. Monitor marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
8. Collaborate with sales and other departments to generate quality leads and improve customer engagement.
9. Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports for senior management.

Qualifications & experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional marketing qualification is an advantage).
2. Minimum 5–8 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
3. Proven experience in strategic marketing, digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
6. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
