Sales Engineer

Qualifications & experience

1. Degree or equivalent qualification in marine, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
2. Technical knowledge in marine/industrial systems and prior sales experience is preferred.
3. Sound technical knowledge and experience in marine and industrial engineering systems related to installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of marine systems and power plant machinery.
4. Technical sales experience in leading organizations in Sri Lanka or overseas.

Responsibilities

1. Develop sales plans, manage customer accounts, and achieve targets.
2. Prepare technical proposals and coordinate with internal teams.
3. Conduct client visits, presentations, and site inspections.
4. Credit control, collections and ensure smooth order execution.

Requirements

1. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer management skills.
2. Ability to work to targets and travel as required.
3. Age: Below 35 years.
