Reporting to: The General Manager, The Thinnai

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing is essential
• Excellent knowledge of the English Language is essential and knowing Tamil is an added advantage
• Rich in social capital and social network
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing will be an added advantage
• Achieving set targets and timely execution are sought after
• Visiting corporate & travel agents on daily basis and having a good business relationship are necessary skills
• Presenting the marketing plan and supporting to prepare of the sales budget is imperative
• Flexible in traveling to Jaffna for meetings and liaising with the sales office for the development of the sales for both properties, meeting corporate clients whenever required
• Having your own motorbike or car would be benefitted (monthly allowances for motorbike/ car and fuel will be provided)
