Business Development Executive

Kagoma Ceylon, a fast-growing Sri Lankan manufacturer of Aloe Vera cosmetic products, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented business development executive to drive sales growth and expand our customer network across Sri Lanka.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell Kagoma Ceylon Aloe Vera cosmetic products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, supermarkets, salons, beauty care outlets, and retail customers.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales and market coverage targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure effective product visibility and merchandising at customer locations.
Requirements
- Dynamic and energetic individual with excellent communication skills.
- Valid motorcycle riding licence is mandatory.
- Own motorcycle will be an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven and willing to travel extensively.
- Previous experience in FMCG, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or retail sales will be an advantage.
- School leavers with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
