Business Development Executive

Kagoma Ceylon, a fast-growing Sri Lankan manufacturer of Aloe Vera cosmetic products, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented business development executive to drive sales growth and expand our customer network across Sri Lanka.

Key responsibilities

  1. Promote and sell Kagoma Ceylon Aloe Vera cosmetic products.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, supermarkets, salons, beauty care outlets, and retail customers.
  3. Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  4. Achieve monthly sales and market coverage targets.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  6. Ensure effective product visibility and merchandising at customer locations.

Requirements

  1. Dynamic and energetic individual with excellent communication skills.
  2. Valid motorcycle riding licence is mandatory.
  3. Own motorcycle will be an added advantage.
  4. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  5. Target-driven and willing to travel extensively.
  6. Previous experience in FMCG, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or retail sales will be an advantage.
  7. School leavers with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
