Responsibilities

1. Planning, organizing and managing the day-to-day business functions of the branch.
2. Tasking overall responsibility of branch & showroom.
3. Meeting sales targets of the branch.
4. Carrying out sales promotion activities in surrounding areas.
5. Achieve revenue & profit targets for the ensuring timely recoveries.

Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years experiences in a similar role ideally in the consumer durable retailing industry.
2. Professional qualification in sales or marketing will be an advantage.
3. Process effective team management & leadership skills.
4. Age should be between 30-45 years.
5. Excellent communication skills in Sinhala & English.
