Manager – External Manufacturing Operations

Job description

1. Lead engineering activities and project implementation at EMO sites.
2. Drive productivity, cost-saving, and technical development initiatives.
3. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and human rights standards.
4. Manage and deliver infrastructure and technical projects on time and within budget.
5. Prepare sites for HRRB audits and address audit findings.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project approvals and execution.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
2. Minimum 10 years’ experience in technical/project management within FMCG.
3. Experience with HRRB compliance and remote site management.
4. Expertise in project management, value engineering, and productivity improvement.
5. Commercial awareness in budgeting and project estimation.
