Digital Marketing Manager – E Commerce

Key responsibilities

  1. Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive website traffic and increase online sales.
  2. Manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube.
  3. Develop customer acquisition and conversion strategies for the e-commerce website.
  4. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and improve ROI.
  5. Coordinate with the e-commerce team to achieve sales targets.
  6. Create AI-powered content for ads, social media, email marketing, and product listings to increase engagement and conversions.

Required skills & experience

  1. Minimum 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
  2. Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
  3. Experience with TikTok Ads and YouTube Ads.
  4. Knowledge of Etsy seller account and Amazon seller account setup and management.
  5. Understanding of e-commerce marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  6. Ability to increase website traffic, conversions, and online sales.
  7. Familiarity with analytics and performance tracking tools.
  8. Ability to create AI content using tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) for marketing campaigns and brand growth.

Preferred qualifications

  1. Experience in managing multiple advertising platforms.
  2. Strong analytical and communication skills.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales growth through digital marketing.
