Visiting Lecturers (Database & Web Application Development)

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related discipline.
2. Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, information systems or a related field.
3. Minimum 2-3 years of teaching and/or industry experience in database and web application development.
4. Strong knowledge in areas such as:
5. Database design and database management systems (SQL and NoSQL)
6. Database administration, security, access control, and data integrity
7. Distributed databases and cloud-based database solutions
8. Data modelling, database architecture and data integrity
9. Full-stack .NET web application development (ASP.NET core, MVC, ADO.NET, database integration)
10. Relevant professional certifications such as Oracle database SQL certified associate/professional, Microsoft SQL server certifications, MongoDB developer certification, or equivalent would be preferred.
11. Ability to conduct lectures, prepare assessments, and supervise student projects.
12. Good communication and presentation skills.
13. Prior experience in higher education teaching would be preferred.
