Sales Executive

We are looking for motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our software products and services. The ideal candidate must have strong sales experience in IT/software products, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to understand customer needs and present suitable software solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, target-oriented, and interested in growing within the software and technology industry.

Key responsibilities

1. Promote and sell Kernel Encode software products and services to potential customers.
2. Identify new sales opportunities through calls, messages, meetings, referrals, and online platforms.
3. Explain software features, benefits, pricing, and value to customers clearly.
4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
5. Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers.
6. Coordinate with the internal team to understand product updates and customer requirements.
7. Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, sales progress, and customer feedback.
8. Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.

Requirements

1. Previous experience in IT/software related product or service sales is a must.
2. Fluency in English is a must.
3. Experience in the software or IT field is highly recommended.
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to understand and explain software products clearly.
6. Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
7. Good customer handling and relationship-building skills.
8. Basic computer knowledge is required.
9. Ability to work independently and follow up with customers consistently.

Preferred skills

1. Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
2. Knowledge of CRM tools or sales tracking systems.
3. Understanding of software solutions, websites, apps, POS systems, ERP systems, or digital services.
4. Ability to generate leads through social media, networking, and direct outreach.

Compensation

1. Basic salary will be provided.
2. Sales commissions will be given based on performance and successful sales.
