About the company
HelpAge Sri Lanka is a non profit organization and is an associate of HelpAge International based in England and is engaged in uplifting the status of the aged across the country.
We are looking for a male individual with fluency in English and Sinhala, both written and spoken, who could function as the fundraising executive and take responsibility for the sales and marketing of special projects, charity tills, corporate greeting cards, operating alongside a team of management professionals. The specific job attributes should be as follows:
Responsibilities
- Ability to speak fluently in Sinhala/ English
- Ability to liaise with banks/state owned institutions/private sector organizations and other establishments in order to build a customer base
- Create and develop greetings cards with the assistance of in-house staff.
- Be willing to travel within Colombo and greater Colombo areas.
- Be a result oriented person with a ‘can do’ approach
- Ability to work independently with a deep sense of ownership
- Be a good team player
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess CIM/SLIM qualifications with hands on experience in the field of marketing.
