Sales Manager

Key responsibilities

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
2. Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
3. Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.
4. Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback.
5. Prepare sales forecasts, reports and performance analyses for senior management.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
4. Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office.
6. Age 24 years and above.
7. Fluency in spoken and written in both Sinhala & English.
