Technical Sales Executive – for Paints & Coating And Rubber Industry

We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Technical Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the sales and bring in new customers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Promote and sell the company’s chemical product portfolio.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the market presence.
- Achieve sales target and prepare regular sales reports.
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirement.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, polymer science, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in chemical sales or industrial product sales.
- Knowledge of paints & coating and rubber manufacturing and the chemicals will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
