Merchandisers – Household Products

We are looking for an energetic and responsible merchandiser to support ODO Plus in supermarkets and retail outlets. The role involves visiting outlets, maintaining product displays, checking stock availability, placing POS materials, ensuring proper shelf visibility, and reporting outlet feedback to the sales team. The ideal candidate should be well-presented, organized, and able to communicate professionally with store staff.

Requirement

1. G.C.E O/L or A/L qualification
2. Previous experience in merchandising, retail, supermarket, pharmacy, or FMCG products would be an added advantage
3. Age below 30 years
4. Ability to travel daily and cover assigned outlet routes
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Should be self-motivated, punctual, and responsible

Responsibility

1. Visiting assigned outlets according to the planned route schedule
2. Ensuring product availability, proper shelf placement, and attractive displays
3. Checking stock levels and reporting low-stock or out-of-stock situations
4. Placing POS materials such as wobblers, shelf strips, posters, and window boards where required
5. Maintaining good relationships with outlet managers and staff
