We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to take up responsibilities as;

Responsibilities

1. Convert potential customers visiting the showroom into sales.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfactions through excellent service & follow up.
3. Ability to identify customer needs & to propose innovative ideas to increase sales.
4. Deal with all issues that arise from customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
5. Build strong working relationship with all supporting teams.
6. Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives.

Requirements

1. Previous experience in managing showroom operations and providing excellent customer care.
2. An enthusiastic individual with a customer-centric mindset.
3. Minimum qualification requirement is GCE A/L and more professional qualification.
4. Strong written/spoken English and Sinhala.
5. Age below 40 years.
