Assistant Manager | Marketing

We are looking for dynamic and committed individuals to join our team as an Assistant Manager/ Marketing.

Qualifications

1. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university/ institution.
2. A minimum of six years of work experience, including at least two years of managerial experience.

Key duties and responsibilities

1. Driving marketing-to-enrollment performance to meet lead, conversion, and enrollment targets.
2. Planning and executing marketing campaigns and events while ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.
3. Managing digital platforms and campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and lead quality.
4. Overseeing admissions, lead nurturing, and onboarding to ensure smooth student conversion.
5. Maintaining and analyzing marketing and enrollment data for accurate reporting.
6. Improving processes and reporting to support informed management decisions.
